If you see this error message when trying to edit or publish a product, it is likely because your Webflow collections are not connected to CartGenie or are missing an important field.
Go to your Setup Guide to see if your collections are connected.
Open Setup GuideIf the step is marked incomplete, then expand it and see if it shows a missing field. If you see a “Try to Fix” button next to one of the collections, then click it and see if CartGenie is able to fix the issue.
If so, then Republish Your Site in Webflow and then refresh your Setup Guide page to see if Step 1 is now showing as complete.
