For these types of products, CartGenie can automatically mark orders as fulfilled the moment payment is completed. Go to your Products page in CartGenie
Open My ProductsThen, click into a product you want to auto-fulfill. Go to the Billing & Shipping tab.
If shipping is disabled, you will see a toggle for “Automatically mark order as “Fulfilled” after purchase”.
Enable this toggle and publish your product!
Done!
Now, when a customer pays for their order, you’ll see it marked as “Fulfilled” in the order list automatically!
In this scenario, the order would not be marked as fulfilled automatically because a product in the order requires shipping.
