# Auto-fulfill orders of non-shippable products

If you only sell digital products, there is no need to manually fulfill them. Here is how to automate it.

Not every product requires shipping—think digital downloads, event tickets, gift cards, or services. For these types of products, CartGenie can automatically mark orders as **fulfilled** the moment payment is completed. This saves you time, keeps your fulfillment queue tidy, and ensures customers receive their purchase instantly without waiting on manual action.

With auto-fulfillment, you can focus on the products that actually need to be shipped, while giving customers a smoother, faster checkout-to-delivery experience in your Webflow store.

## How to automatically fulfill orders

Go to your Products page in CartGenie

[Open My Products](https://dash.cartgenie.com/products)

Then, click into a product you want to auto-fulfill. Go to the **Billing & Shipping** tab.

If shipping is disabled, you will see a toggle for **“Automatically mark order as “Fulfilled” after purchase”.**

Enable this toggle and publish your product!

Done!

Now, when a customer pays for their order, you’ll see it marked as “Fulfilled” in the order list automatically!

### What happens if a customer purchases an auto-fulfilled product with a shippable product?

In this scenario, the order would not be marked as fulfilled automatically because a product in the order requires shipping.
