In CartGenie, go to the Settings > Business Info tab.
Here you will find all the necessary Business Info you should add to set up your store.
Store Name (Public)
This is the publicly facing name of your store and will be seen by customers so make sure it is simple and recognizable
Ex: “Starbucks Coffee”
Legal Business Address
The legal name of your business and the headquarters of your company
Ex: “Starbucks Corp.”
Store Currency
The currency that will be used to display product prices and process transactions
Note: This is automatically determined by your payment gateways. Contact us if you need it changed manually
Price Format
The format in which prices will be displayed
Ex: commas for thousands vs periods, etc.
Unit System
Choose between Imperial units or Metric units. These are used for entering product sizes and weight for shipping.
Inside of each system, you can then select different units such as inches vs. feet or oz vs lbs, etc.
Note: Changing unit systems will not mathematically convert existing product weights to the new system. The number will remain the same (ex: 10 lbs will become → 10 kg)
Time Zone
Add your preferred time zone for your store. This will be used to display the order and fulfillment times, etc. in each order’s timeline.
