This issue is typically caused by your CartGenie’s Webflow Settings page being set to the incorrect domain.
To fix it, go to Settings > Webflow Settings and change the primary domain selector to the site you’re using.
Change DomainThen click save.

The domain in this settings page is where CartGenie will direct your customers. So if you click the “Checkout” button, we send them to yourstore.com/checkout page.
If you started your account on a webflow.io domain and then launched on a live custom domain, you’ll need to change this setting to the new domain. Otherwise we’ll be sending customers to your ____.webflow.io/checkout page. The opposite is true if you’re testing on a webflow domain but your CartGenie account is using your live domain.
