The Zip / Postal Code input field in the shipping address section cannot be removed from your checkout page and is required for CartGenie to function properly.
However, there are a number of countries where the field is not required to be filled out in order for customers to complete a purchase. This is because these countries do not use postal codes.
If your store only ships to these countries, you can add “(optional)” to the field label or set the field display style to display:none.
The Postal Code field is not required to be filled out by customers to checkout in these countries:
