In CartGenie’s subscription (or orders) dashboard, open the subscription you want to pause and click the 3 dots in the top right of the subscription box.
Then select the Pause Subscription option.
A paused subscription will not be charged again until the subscription is unpaused.
No renewal orders will be created in CartGenie until the order is resumed and the next charge is made to the customer.
