If you’ve migrated a Webflow Ecommerce site that had existing orders into CartGenie, you should see those orders in your CartGenie dashboard with their original Webflow order ID.

What happens if I fulfill a Webflow Ecom order?
If you’ve already moved your store to CartGenie and want to start managing all orders from our dashboard, you can do that!
Fulfilling a Webflow order in CartGenie will send the customer an order shipped email using your CartGenie template (if you enable the option to “Send notification to customer”).
However, it will not mark the order as fulfilled in your old Webflow Ecommerce orders panel. Once migrated, any change to an order in CartGenie will not be reflected in Webflow Ecommerce.
