When fulfilling an order in CartGenie, you will see a popup where you can enter the shipping carrier, tracking number, and tracking URL.
If you forget to do this when fulfilling or if you make a mistake, you might want to change it later. Thankfully, you can do this in CartGenie!
First, go to your Orders page and open the order you want to edit.
Go to My OrdersThen, simply click the “Mark Unfulfilled” button.
This will make the order unfulfilled and then you are free to fulfill it again and add the missing tracking information.
You can choose to either notify the customer or not when adding the tracking information.
