When creating a product or category, you may run into a few different errors. Here is a short explanation and solution for each error message.
Error: This item was not published because you've reached your Webflow plan quota. Please upgrade your Webflow plan to proceed.
This error message will be displayed if your Webflow site plan has reached its limits of either CMS collections or CMS items. In order to create a product, a category, or a product variant, CartGenie needs to be able to publish an item to your CMS.
How to Fix
If you upgrade your Webflow site plan to the next tier, you should be able to continue creating products and categories in CartGenie.

Error: Some required custom fields do not exist in this form. Please create your category from the main category edit page first, then return here to complete the process.
This message is typically triggered when you try to create a category from the product creation / edit panel.
If you see this error, it means that you’ve added a custom field in Category Settings which is marked as “required”. The quick creation popup in Products doesn’t list these required fields, so that is why it can’t be used to create a new category.
How to Fix
Go to the Categories page in CartGenie to add any new categories to your shop. Be sure to add the required custom fields under the “Additional Info” tab in the categories creation panel.
